Returns and Refunds:

We understand that sizing your dog isn't always easy so we promise no hassle returns for your convenience.

Within 14 days of purchase you can return your items. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept returns.

We recommend to try the items indoors, as to be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags (if applicable), in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

The exception to this policy is sale items which are not eligible for returns or refund. This is to prevent customers from over ordering and limiting the inventory available during the sale to other customers.

If you'd like to return an item, please email hello@zeldaandharley.com and we will send you instructions on where to ship your returned item(s) to. Please include all relevant packing slips and documentation when returning the product, including your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. Or you will be notified if there are issues with the return.

Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Please ensure that you keep tracking numbers until you receive a confirmation of refund. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.

Shipping fees and locations:

Your item will be shipped from Ireland using An Post. We ship anywhere in the world :)

You can choose from standard shipping or tracked shipping. An Post is a reliable service, but please note we are not responsible for items lost by An Post via standard shipping - if you would like an extra security, go for tracked shipping. Zelda & Harley is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the parcel has been checked in at the carrier, it is no longer in our control.

We calculate shipping based on items' weight. Our packaging is selected with this in mind, so we try our best to make sure your items arrive safe and in a sustainable, compostable or recyclable packaging.

 

Refunds:

 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (dependant on your financial institution).

Refunds will only be process to your original method of payment (unless it was a gift and these will be refunded as a store credit onto a gift card and emailed)

Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

 

Exchanges:

We are unfortunately unable to accept exchanges due to the possibility of our products selling out. To guarantee that you receive your desired item/size/colour, please place a new order for this item and complete the return process to return the original item.

 

Care and clean for your items:

Please note that items do not last forever. Check your items regularly for wear and tear.

Do not iron on top of the personalisation, as it may damage the item. Iron the back of it or inside out.

Wash your harness with cool soapy water. If putting in the washing machine, use a protective net and wash at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle. Air dry only.
